Leave not accruing at all when creating pays

Question
Why is leave not accruing at all when creating pays?
Answer
Edit the employee, go to the Payroll Info tab, and select Sick/Holiday. Check that leaves accrual is set up correctly first - Accrual period, Hours accrued per period, etc.

If the Maximum number of hours is set to 0.00, delete this figure, leaving the field blank. (Reckon Accounts is capping the leave accrual at 0.00 hours.) Do the same for all leave types.
Alternatively enter a large obscure amount such as 10,000 into this field which will have the same effect.
Leave should then accrue, as per employee setup, when creating next pay
