Report Quick Zoom doesnt expand all transactions

Question

Why doesn’t the QuickZoom on a Reckon Accounts Personal  report total not show the underlying transactions?  It only shows the sub-categories.

Answer

The Reckon Accounts Personal QuickZoom function will show the next level of entries.  If there are sub-categories, then the sub-categories will display and not the transactions of those sub-categories.    

 

Workaround

Click on the + sign alongside the category to see its components.
