Book Switcher

Upon signing into the Reckon Portal, the Book Switcher will be displayed if you have multiple books associated with your account. The book switcher presents a comprehensive list of the books available to you, encompassing both active and inactive books, as well as any shared books. Additionally, any incomplete book setups will also be visible in the list.


Open a book

To open a book click on the book, which will load the book in the current tab


Filter book

You can filter books by their name or the organisation they belong to by their book status (active or inactive). Active is selected by default, to change to inactive click on the Inactive button next to the search box.

To filter by name:

  1. Click in the search book
  2. Start entering a word to filter by
  3. Any books that match the entered search will be returned

To filter by company:

  1. Click in the search book
  2. Start entering a word to filter by
  3. Any books in a company that match the entered search will be returned


Complete book setup

Any book that has not had its setup completed will have Setup incomplete below the book name. You can complete the book setup by clicking on the Complete setup button which will launch the Reckon One Book setup.


Shared books

Books that have been shared with you are identifiable by the Shared with me label to the right of the book name. The name of the company that has shared the book with you will appear above the book name, and the tile of the book initials will be white.


Inactive books

You can access inactive books by selecting the Inactive button next to the search box. The list will show your inactive books, inactive books that have not been set up, and inactive books that have been shared with you. These books can still be opened as read-only by selecting a book.


Go to Portal

You can access Portal by selecting the Manage your subscriptions in Portal link at the bottom of the book switcher, which will open the Portal dashboard in a new tab.

Alternatively, you can access Portal by selecting the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner and selecting Go to Portal, which will open the Portal dashboard in a new tab.


Sign out

To sign out of book switcher and your Reckon One account select the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner and select Sign out, which will return you to the Portal sign-in screen.
