Posiflex 2100 POS Keyboard doesn't work correctly.

Question
I am using a POS keyboard, the Numeric Keys in POS don't come up as numbers. I Get an error "Product Number NOT found" when I hit ANY one of the number keys. Why is this?
Answer
The keyboard is incorrectly configured to place an Enter after each keystroke.
A file called QPP2100.TPL has not been imported into the keyboard to program it for Reckon POS. This file is located on the Reckon POS CD under Support Files.
