Can’t access a newly created shared folder on Reckon Accounts Hosted

Question

I have had a new shared folder created.  I can see it but I cannot access it.  I get a network error: Windows cannot access \\PYRQBIQAFS\nnnnnn-nnnnnnn-companyname.

Answer

This error will occur if the shared file was created during your current session on Reckon Accounts Hosted.

 

Solution

Logoff Reckon Accounts Hosted and then login again to create a new session.

You will now be able to access the new shared file.
