Customer:Job Invoice does not email to the Customer:Job email address

Question

Why won’t QuickBooks send a Customer:Job invoice to the  Customer:Job email address?  It sends it to the Customer email address.

Answer

******   This issue has been addressed in QuickBooks 2012/13   ******

QuickBooks will send an email only to the Customer email address. 

 

Workaround

Save Customer:Job invoices as PDFs and attach them to a manually generated email to the Customer:Job address. 

 

 

Additional Information

If you attempt to email a Statement for a Customer:Job, it will be sent to the Customer email address.
