Error code 5

Question

I get an error code 5 when i am installing QuickPOS Administrator.

Answer

‘...Error code 5’ relates to an account being created in QuickBooks by QuickPOS but is imported as the wrong account type (this is currently being investigated).  To fix this you need to go into QuickBooks chart of accounts and rename Cash Register Funds then create a new account for Cash Register Funds and make sure it is type BANK.  Then try creating the QuickPOS database again.
