Outstanding Annual Leave or Outstanding Long Service Leave figures are incorrect

Legacy KB ID: 2670

Question

Why are the Outstanding Annual Leave or Outstanding Long Service Leave figures sometimes wrong in the Termination Wizard?

Answer

If you invoke the Termination Wizard while the Employee List is closed, and the employee you then select does not have Annual Leave or Long Service Leave set up in their employee record, but other employees do, then you may get another employees' Outstanding Annual Leave or Outstanding Long Service Leave figures appearing.

To avoid this issue from occurring when terminating employees open the employee list, select the employee to terminate (by left clicking) then start the Termination Wizard. All termination figures will be correct when using this method.

If the problem still persists, then enter Annual Leave or Long Service Leave of 0 (zero) on the employees record.  Terminate the employee again.

Note - please keep your product up to date by applying any relevant service packs which can be obtained from www.quicken.com.au

How did we do?

Why does the program keep asking if I want to add a pay rate to the list, then it doesn't add it?

The scroll bar is missing on lists when installed on Windows XP.
