Last Date paid on List Employees in Payroll Premier does not show the latest pay date

Question

Why isn’t the last date paid showing correctly on the List Employees screen?

 

Answer

This problem suggests that the record failed to refresh properly.

 

Solution 1 – only one employee affected

1.    Open the Employee Record and click on the History tab;

2.    Click on OK in the top right;

3.    Answer Yes to “Do you want to save these changes?”

4.    The List Employees screen will refresh and show the latest date.

If the problem persists, continue with Solution 2.

 

Solution 2 – multiple employees affected

1.    File > Rebuild Data files

2.    Create a backup

3.    Tick the box: Recalculate YTD Figures and click OK.

4.    Open List Employees again and check the Last Paid date.
