Error Code 90 when activating Accounts Personal

Question

Why do I get an Error Code 90 every time I try to activate my Reckon Accounts Personal Range?

 

Answer

Windows XP SP2 users may experience this problem.

Upgrading to Service Pack 3 will eliminate the problem. 

If you are not confident upgrading your Windows XP SP2, please see your IT professional.

 

Additional Information

If you activate by phone you may still get this error.
