Remote Desktop cant connect to the remote computer RSDfarm.qbi.aust when logging onto QuickBooks Hos

Question

I can’t I logon to QuickBooks Hosted through Citrix?  I get the error:

Remote Desktop can’t connect to the remote computer RSDfarm.qbi.aust for one of these reasons:

·            Your user account is not authorized to access the RD gateway

·            Your computer is not authorized to access the RD gateway

·            You’re using incompatible authentication methods......

I can logon with another user account. 

Answer

You will experience this error if your account is configured for CashBook Online only.   

 

 

Solution

If you have not bought a QuickBooks Hosted Premium license, you can do so at https://online.reckon.com.au/Howtobuy.aspx.

 

If you do have a QuickBooks Hosted Premium Account, please call Customer Service on 1300 784 253.
