Inactive Group Item shows in Retail POS Item List

Question

After making a Group Item inactive in QuickBooks why does it still appear in the Retail POS Product List after the Products have been updated?

Answer

Once setup and transferred to Retail POS, the Group Item will continue to show when the Group Item is made inactive in QuickBooks.

 

If you must not show that Group Item in your Product List, then you will need to create a new database file.
