Why is the tax showing incorrectly when paying commission to a spreadsheet employee?

Question

If an employee is paid by spreadsheet, when you process a pay with a large commision eg >$800(Ex tax : No), the pay edit window shows a different tax and net amount compared to the Spreadsheet & Pay summary windows. Why?

Answer

The edit pay details window has the correct figures. (The Spreadsheet and Pays Summary windows are incorrect) The correct tax and net amount, as per the edit window, will be processed.
