Kevin Test requirement for Super Stream error during upgrade to Payroll Premier 2014/15

Legacy KB ID: 5139

Question

Why do I get this error and what do I need to do about it?

There are no employees to report

Kevin Test    requirement for Super Stream, the report will not be printed

Answer

This message appears on the Super Export File check screen when upgrading a company file to the 2014/15 error.

The basic message implies that all the employees contain the required information for a SuperStream compliant Super contributions export file.  Therefore, there is no list of employees with incomplete details to print.

The additional information: “Kevin Test  requirement for Super Stream” is an internal message that should not be showing.

Reckon apologizes for the inconvenience this message has caused.

It is generated because an employee does not have an entry in the Gender field.  This information is not critical to the SuperStream process, but it is incomplete data and the message is generated.

Solution

Click OK to continue.

When the file opens examine the employee record and complete the Gender information for the relevant employee.
