Clipboard does not work on Reckon Accounts Hosted

Question

Why can I no longer use the clipboard in Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Answer

This issue has been noted on the Chrome browser 49.0.2623.112m and later.

You will notice text in the top right of the screen:  “click here to copy to local clipboard”.  You must click this text to save your copy to the clipboard.
