How to reset Reckon Accounts Hosted Portal

What should I do if I have forgotten the Reckon Accounts Hosted login password?

Answer

The following steps to help you resetting your Reckon Accounts Hosted password:

1. Go to our Reckon Accounts Hosted login page
2. Click "Forgotten Password"

   

3. Enter your Username and Click "Request reset code.""

   

4. Reckon will send a reset password link to the email address associated with your account
5. Open the email from Reckon and click on the provided reset password link, Enter new password and Click "Save new password";
   • Once you’ve successfully saved your new password, you should receive a “Reset Successful!” confirmation message.

   

6. Go back to Reckon Accounts Hosted login page;
   • Log in using your newly reset password.
