Answer

QuickBooks can only send Statements to a customer email address only.

Workaround

Save Customer:Job Statements as PDFs and attach them to a manually generated email to the Customer:Job address.

You will need a PDF writer – you can download free PDF writers like CutePDF, PrimoPDF from the internet.

1.    Set the Printer preference for Statements to your PDF writer:

a.    File > Printer Setup > Statements

    1. In Printer name field, select your PDF Writer and click OK.

2.    Select Statements to print.  In Create Statements window:

a.    Select the appropriate date range and tick appropriate options;

b.    In Select Customers, click on One Customer and select the first Customer:Job that is to be sent to its unique Customer:Job email address;

c.    Click Print to print to the PDF document, selecting an appropriate name for this document;

    1. Repeat these steps for all Customer:Jobs.
  1. Attach Statement PDF to an email to the Customer:Job email address.
