Memorised Payroll Reports do not upgrade properly to QuickBooks 2012/13

Question

Why don’t my memorised payroll reports report correctly after upgrading to QuickBooks 2012/13?

 

Answer

The problem affects payroll reports only.  The cause is a filter has either been removed or has another payroll item assigned to it. 

 

Workaround

1.    Open the memorised report;

2.    Modify Report > Filters

3.    Take note of filters present or missing;

4.    Correct the erroneous entry;

5.    Click OK

6.    Click on the memorise button to save the report.
