Employee address and Net Pay do not print on payslip

Question

Why doesn’t the employee address and net pay on the second payslip of a 2 per page format not print?

*****   THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED IN THE 2011/12 EDITION   *****

This problem is related to printer settings.

 

Solution

Check Printer Settings:

1.    Click on the Windows Start button, Control Panel and Printers;

2.    Ensure that the default printer is your main printer and not something like Send to OneNote2007 or QuickBooks PDF converter.

Check Page Type - before printing, ensure that the page type is set to A4 size and not Letter size.
