Question

Why I get Runtime error 372: Failed to load web browser when linking pos terminal to the database for the first time.

Answer

This is a bug that been reported to development.

The work around is:

Install QuickPos Administrator on the front machine, the terminal machine (don't run it), delete the QuickPOS terminal from the database through QuickPos Administrator at the back office (where QuickBooks and QuickPos Administrator are normally installed) and then start QuickPOS terminal and link it again. Once QuickPOS is successfully installed you can uninstall QuickPos Administrator from this machine.
