Adding the Class column to a Pays report does not produce any additional data

Question

When adding the Class column to a Pays report, the Class column appears, but with no information in it. This is despite the fact that certain pays have been entered with Classes against one or more lines of the pay.

Answer

The Pays report display information on pays in a summarised form. In order to produce a report which lists details of individual pays together with the relavent classes, a Pay Rates report must be run. Adding the Class column to a Pay Rates report will indicate each instance where a particular class has been used.
