Do not get 10 days grace period

Question

Why don’t I get the 10 days grace period for registering the POS Terminal?

Answer

This problem will arise where :

·         you installed a trial version in a previous year and never upgraded to a full version;

·         you registered your previous POS after the 10 days grace period had finished.   

 

Solutions

Solution 1:  Register your product.

Solution 2:  install on a PC that has not had a previous POS installed on it. 

Solution 3:  (where only a trial version was previously installed) install a full version of the previous trial, register it, uninstall it.
