Why do I get “Unknown Error” when processing my Credit Card payment for Reckon Accounts Hosted through the online payment facility?

Answer

This error is likely to occur if you enter an incorrect Expiry Date.

 

Solution

Check the card details and enter again.

If the card details are correct and the problem persists, call Reckon Customer Service on 1300 784 253.
