APCA number changes to a series of Zeros.

Question

When I enter my APCA number it changes to Zero's, it is the same number in three files but this only happens in one of the files.

Answer

  1) From the Windows Start button, select Find or Search, then select All files and folders.
  2) In All or part of the file name field, type in Qcompany.tps
  3) In the Look in field, select Local Hard Drives
  4) Click on Search or Find Now

The computer will search the hard drives and locate the file in the right hand window.

  6) Once located, click on the filename so it is selected in this window.
  7) Push delete on the keyboard and answer Yes to the prompt "are you sure"
  8) Close the window
  9) Start Payroll Premier and select your data file
10) From the File menu, select Company Information
11) From the Banking tab, enter your APCA number in the Company Account Details
