EFT file is not being picked up correctly by Banking Software.

Question

Why doesn't my EFT data export to my banking software?

Answer

Check that all account details are correct. Also check that the combinations in the EFT options in Payroll settings are matching the settings that are requried by the banking software, you will have to contact the bank to find out which options they need selected. Another thing to remember is that if the Quickpayroll program has been upgraded then the path to where the file is exported to will change. As a result you will need to go into the EFT program and redirect the program to point to the correct path of where the export file is kept.
