Black Box appears when adding an ABN to a Payslip in Payroll Premier

Question

Why do I get a black box when I try to add my company’s ABN number to a payment slip?

Answer

You will experience this problem when you use a “Plain” style of payslip template.

 

Workaround

Use another payslip style like “Classic”:

1.    File > Preferences > Printing;

2.    In the Style box, select Classic;

3.    Click on Save.
