Allowances do not populate into the Employees record in Payroll Premier

Question

I have added an Allowance to an Employee’s record, but the information does not populate. 

Answer

If you add the Allowance during the Pays preparation phase the details will populate.

 

 

Workaround

Create the Allowance and configure it accordingly.

Enter the Allowance onto the employee record and add the required details.
