The accrued leave does not appear in the YTD on payslips.

Question

I have employees that have an amount of leave accrued but it doesn't show up in the payslip YTD information.

Answer

Make sure that the name of the Leave type in the Pay Rates list has not altered in any way at all. The names of the Leave types must remain standard in order for the Payslip to display the figure correctly Annual Leave must be named exactly "Annual Leave", like wise for "Sick Leave". There can be no additional characters added to the name, nor can it be abbreviated in any way.
