Why is annual and sick leave not accruing correctly when my employee takes leave?

Question

When an employee takes leave, he does not accrue leave at the same time. Why is this?

Answer

Select File > Preferences, then the Leave icon. The tick box options on this page affect the accrual of all leave, not just Special Leave/Rostered Day Off. Make sure all these boxes are ticked. This page will be changed in the next release to accurately reflect the program operation.
