Payroll not saving changes.

Question

After updating company information in Payroll, if I close and reopen the program, all changes are lost.

Answer

Close down Payroll and go through the Windows Start button and select Find, Files or Folders. Do a find on the file Qcompany.TPS, when it finds this file delete it. Open Payroll, it will ask you to select a company file to open, select your normal company file. Make the necessary changes and they should now save.
