When creating a bill Reckon Accounts does not recall the last transaction.

Question

Why doesn't Reckon Accounts recall the last transaction when entering a new bill?

Answer

This issue can be resolved by applying Service Pack 2 for QuickBooks.

Please go to www.quicken.com.au. Choose Updates & Patches from the Support menu. Click Updates and Patches in the QuickBooks section, then click on QuickBooks 2002 SP2 (7.49 mb).
