Emailing invoices and other business forms.

Question

When I try to email an invoice or other forms from Reckon Accounts it does not use my regular email client. How can I change this default?

Answer

To change the default email software that Reckon Accounts calls upon

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Internet Options...
  3. Click 'Programs' tab.
  4. In the 'E-mail' field select the email software you wish to use.
  5. Click 'Ok'.

When emailing invoices or forms in Reckon Accounts, your preferred email software will now be used.
