Learn how to set up direct bank feeds so you can access your bank transactions in Reckon One. Learn more about direct feeds to decide if they're right for you.
Before adding a direct feed
Before adding a direct feed, check with your bank for any specific requirements. For instance, many business banking accounts require you to have access to internet banking to enter your Reckon user ID to connect your feeds. Some banks may ask you to complete a paper form for us to send to your bank institution.
It can take up to 10 days to see your transactions come through.
Add a direct bank feed
- Before you add a feed, you'll be shown bank feed options that are suitable for your bank and account type. To set up a direct feed, click Continue with direct feed. If you don't see this as an option, you'll need to read up on and choose from the bank feeds options that are shown for you.
- Depending on your bank, we will require you to either log in to your bank's online platform and go through a set up process, or to enter account details and sign and upload a paper form.
- If you're prompted to log in to your bank and set up, follow the instructions given on the screen, then once finished, click Continue to go on to link your new feed to your Reckon bank account.
If you're with ANZ, you'll be prompted to Save and finish. This will take you to the Bank connections screen, where you'll need to click Connect existing feeds, the select your feed from the dropdown list. Then you'll need to link your feed to a Reckon bank account to begin seeing transactions.- If you're prompted to enter bank account details to create the feed:
- Enter your Account name, BSB and Account number, then click Save and continue.
- Download and complete the authorisation form, then upload the form and click Save and continue to go on to link your new feed to your Reckon bank account. You can skip this step and complete it later on the Bank connections screen instead.
