Online transactions in QuickBooks are incorrect and my online reconciliation is out

Question

Why are my online transactions incorrect when I reconcile and/or process them?

Answer

This is a limitation of QuickBooks 2005 where you cannot use more than one online transaction window at a time.

eg. You open the online 'credit for a sales receipt' while you have another 'online' transaction window open / in progress.

To avoid this issue do the following;

Do not open more than one 'online' activity at any one time

Reconcile your online transactions on a daily basis
