Why are the YTD figures not resetting for the new financial year in QuickBooks QBi 2008/09?

Answer

An update is now available via the link below.

https://www.quicken.com.au/support/updates/QuickBooks/QBYTDTax0809.aspx

QuickBooks QBi 2008/09 Reset YTD Update fixes an issue with the Year To Date (YTD) figures that print on Payslips.

NOTE: This product does not contain tax tables for the 2008/09 Financial Year that take effect from 1st July 2008.
You must install the QuickBooks QBi 2008/09 Tax Table Update before installing the YTD Update to remain compliant for the 2008/09 Financial Year.

You must go through File > Utilities > Rebuild to perform a Rebuild prior to processing your next pay for the Year To Date fix to take affect. This must be perfomed on each data file the first time it is opened after installing the QBi 2008/09 YTD Patch.
