Quicken Standard Payslip shows incorrect amounts

Legacy KB ID: 3760

Question

Why does the Quicken Standard Pay Slip show different totals to the one, two and three per page payslips?

Answer

*****   THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED IN THE 2011/12 EDITION   *****

There are a number of issues with the Quicken Standard Pay Slip. There are no resolutions:

1      Company Contributions are included in the Total Pay, Taxable Pay and Net Pay amounts;

2      Salary Sacrifice amounts will appear in the Taxable Pay YTD Totals.  The corresponding This Pay field will show the correct amount;

3      Bonus Payroll items do not affect Net Pay;

4      Quickbooks will not remember the Quicken Standard Pay Slip as the default template.

Users will need to use another template such as 1 per page, 2 per page or 3 per page.
