Unable to open a course or quiz in Online Training

Question

Why won’t a course or a quiz in Online Training open?  It just comes up as a blank box.

Answer

This problem has been experienced by users who recently upgraded their Internet Explorer to version 10. 

You need to use Internet Explorer v10 in Compatibility View to access Reckon websites.

 

Workaround

1.    Close Internet Explorer to terminate the logon attempt.

2.    Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Compatibility View Settings;

3.    In Add this website, enter these websites:

a.    reckon.com.au and click Add;

b.    reckononline.com.au/*

and click on Add;

4.    Click Close.

You should now be able to view Online Courses and quizzes in full.
