Reckon websites do not load properly when using Internet Explorer 10 in Reckon Accounts [DEPRECEATED]

Question

Why don’t Reckon websites load properly since I upgraded my Internet Explorer to version 10?

Answer

You need to use Internet Explorer v10 in Compatibility View.

 

Detailed Instructions

1.    Close Internet Explorer to terminate the logon attempt.

2.    Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Compatibility View Settings;

3.    In Add this website, enter reckon.com.au/* and click Add;

4.    If using Hosted and Online products, add: 

a.    reckononline.com.au/*

b.    https://cashbook.reckononline.com.au/*

c.    reckon.com.au/*

d.    quicken.com.au/*

5.    Click Close.

You should now be able to view Reckon webpages in full.
