About the SuperStream screen
The SuperStream screen contains a list of your SuperStream batches. From this screen, you can find and view information about your batches, such as your batch status and any errors or warnings relating to batch lodgement. You can also create new SuperStream batches from this screen, or manage existing ones.
To view the screen, go to SuperStream in the Payroll menu.
Find and filter batches
You can filter batches by status, using the tabs at the top of the screen:
Filter name | Shows |
All | All batches including Draft and Lodged. |
Draft | Batches that have not yet been marked as Lodged. These batches can still be edited or deleted. |
Lodged | Batches that have been marked as Lodged. |
Information in the SuperStream screen
The list of SuperStream batches displays columns showing information for each batch. By default, you'll see all possible columns. You can customise the information you see.
Column name | Information found in the column |
From & to | The date range for the batch, based on pay date. Pay runs with a pay date falling between the From and to dates are included in the batch. |
Description | Text that uniquely identifies or describes the batch. |
Number of employees | The number of employees included in the batch. |
Status | The batch status. This can be Draft or Lodged. |
Beam status | If Beam is enabled, you'll also see a Beam status column, allowing you to track your batch as it's processed by Beam. |
Lodge date | The date the batch was lodged. |
Customise the information you see
You have the option to customize the columns in the SuperStream batch list to meet your specific requirements. These changes will remain even after logging out of your book. Customisations are user-specific and will only be visible to the user who made the changes. They do not apply to other users of the book.
