Understand the SuperStream screen in Reckon One

Learn about the SuperStream screen in Reckon One, what you can do there, and how to customise it.

This feature is available on all payroll and Reckon Ultimate plans.

About the SuperStream screen

The SuperStream screen contains a list of your SuperStream batches. From this screen, you can find and view key information about your batches, such as your batch status, and any errors or warnings relating to batch lodgement. You can also create new SuperStream batches from this screen, or manage existing ones.

To view the screen, go to SuperStream in the Payroll menu.

Find and filter batches

You can filter batches by status, using the tabs at the top of the screen:

Filter name

Shows

All

All receipts including Not Reconciled and Reconciled.

Draft

Batches that have not yet been marked as Lodged. These batches can still be edited or deleted.

Lodged

Batches that have been marked as Lodged.

Information in the SuperStream screen

The list of SuperStream batches displays columns showing information for each batch. By default, you'll see all possible columns. You can customise the information you see.

Column name

Information found in the column

From & to

The date range for the batch, based on pay date. Pay runs with a pay date falling between the From and to dates are included in the batch.

Description

Text that uniquely identifies or describes the batch.

Number of employees

The number of employees included in the batch.

Status

The batch status. This can be Draft or Lodged.

Beam status

If Beam is enabled, you'll also see a Beam status column, allowing you to track your batch as it's processed by Beam.

Lodge date

The date the batch was lodged.

Customise the information you see

You have the option to customize the columns in the SuperStream batch list to meet your specific requirements. These personalized columns will remain unchanged even after logging out of your book. Customisations are user-specific and will only be visible to the user who made the changes. They do not apply to other users of the book.

  1. Click on the spanner icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will display a list of possible column options. Those that are showing will be in blue with a cross next to them, and those that aren't will be greyed out.
  2. To hide columns, select the column header you wish to hide.
  3. To add a column to the view, click the greyed-out column header.
