Reopen a closed bank account in Reckon One
Learn how to reopen a closed bank account, so you can add transactions or connect a bank feed to it.
The steps outlined in this article are for customers with accounting plans. If you have a payroll plan, we recommend you manage your bank accounts in Payroll settings.
Reopen a closed bank account
To reopen a closed bank account:
- In the Banking menu, select Bank accounts.
- Select the Show closed accounts checkbox to display all closed bank accounts.
- Find the bank account you want to reopen.
- Select Reopen account.
- On the confirmation message, select Yes, reopen.
