Before adding a Yodlee feed

Before you can start using Yodlee feeds with your Reckon product, there are a few steps you may need to complete. You will require your bank login details and the device used for 2FA if applicable.

Once a connection is established, it can take up to 1 hour to see transactions.

Add a bank feed

  1. In the Reckon One Banking menu, select Bank Connections.
  2. Select Add feed or click the Connect Existing Feeds link to select any bank feeds that were previously created in your Reckon account but are not currently linked within a Reckon One book - Bank Connections.
  3. Select your Bank. The list of banks is split into 2 sections, with popular banks appearing at the top, and all banks appearing below.
  4. Choose an Account type.
  5. Select Yes or No against Is this a business account with a non-individual account holder (such as a company, trust, or partnership)?. This question helps us understand whether we need to give you extra guidance on setting up specific bank feed types. If in doubt, select Yes.
  6. Click Next.
  7. You'll be shown bank feed options that are suitable for your bank and account type. To set up Shared credentials with Yodlee, click Continue with Yodlee. If you don't see this as an option, you'll need to read up on and choose from the bank feeds options that are shown for you.
  8. Follow the Yodlee Signup wizard, which will require you to share your online banking credentials.
  9. You'll then be prompted to link your feed to a Reckon bank account.
