View and modify bank feeds in Reckon One

Learn how to view and edit bank feed details and delete bank feeds in Reckon One.

View feed details

To view feed details such as the type of feed, bank account, status:

1. In the Reckon One Banking menu, select Bank Connections.
2. In the Actions column, next to the feed you wish to view, select the paper icon (when you hover over the icon it will say "View feed details"). 

Edit bank feed name

To edit the Account name:

1. In the Reckon One Banking menu, select Bank Connections.
2. In the Actions column, next to the feed you wish to view, select the paper icon (when you hover over the icon it will say "View feed details"). 
3. Select the pencil icon next to the name. 
4. Type to change the name. 
5. Select the tick to save.

Delete a bank feed

Deleting a feed will cancel the feed so that it no longer receives transactions. If you'd prefer to keep the feed active but not have it linked to any bank accounts, you can unlink the bank feed instead.

1. In the Reckon One Banking menu, select Bank Connections.
2. In the Actions column, next to the feed you wish to delete, select the rubbish bin icon (when you hover over the icon it will say Delete this feed).
3. Select Delete this feed.
