Wait a few minutes

If you're experiencing delays in receiving your MFA code via SMS, it could be due to your mobile coverage or service provider. Codes may take a few minutes to arrive.

Request a new code

  1. Click the Resend button to request a new code.

Contact technical support

  1. Contact Reckon Technical Support for further assistance and investigation.
  2. Alternatively, you can use the recovery PIN you saved during account creation to revoke your current MFA method and switch to the authentication app method, which operates independently of phone or internet coverage.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using the authentication app for MFA to enhance security and reliability.
