Invalid licence key when activate Reckon Asset Manager

Question:

Why do I get the message "Invalid licence key." when activation key is correct?

Answer:

If you are installing Reckon Asset Manager on Windows Server via Virtual Machine.

- Ensure you are installing with .ISO file not VHD image.

- Ensure that you turn off "IE Enhanced Security Configuration" in Local Server.

- Right click on Reckon Asset Manager and Run as Administrator

- Open sample file and then click on Licence; Then activate the product.

However, If there is still an error occur, please follow the steps below:

- Fully uninstall Reckon Asset Manager

- Run a Windows repair with DISM:

- Re-install the Reckon Asset Manager and follow the steps above again to reactivate the software
