How to manually update the Rates for Reckon Asset Manager
Important Note
PREREQUISITE: You must have Reckon Asset Manager installed and activated.
Previously, Reckon Asset Manager could be updated via the Update option in the Navigator. However, this option is no longer available. Users must now download and replace the files manually.
Steps to Update the Rates
- Download the latest ReckonEliteAssetsUpdate.zip file.
- Locate the downloaded ZIP file. (No extraction is needed.)
- Navigate to
C:\ProgramData\ReckonAssetManager. - Replace the existing ZIP file with the downloaded ZIP file.
- Launch the Reckon Asset Manager application and open your file.
- Confirm the updated rates are applied by navigating to Setup > General Rates:
