Textbox overlap in Custom Templates on Multi-Currency Files upgraded from Reckon Accounts 2024

Issue

In Reckon Accounts 2024, a text box overlap issue occurs on specific templates (e.g., Custom Adjustment Note and Return Receipt) only when Multi-Currency is enabled in upgraded company files.

Cause

The issue appears to affect older files (pre-2023) that were upgraded to 2024 and had Multi-Currency activated post-upgrade. The Custom templates may not render correctly due to structural mismatches post-upgrade.

Workaround

Import clean, working templates exported from a newly created company file in the latest version of Reckon Accounts.

1. Create a new company file in the latest version of Reckon Accounts
2. Export the following working templates:
   1. Custom Adjustment Note.DES
   2. Return Receipt.DES
3. Open the affected file and import the exported templates.
