About purchase order templates
Purchase order templates allow you to customise the branding and information you display on your purchase orders. You can customise the default Reckon One templates, or create your own custom template for specific uses.
You need to have enabled purchase orders first.
Create a custom template

- In the Settings menu, select Day to day.
- Select the Money out tab.
- Click on Purchase orders to expand the section.
- Click on Manage templates.

- Give the new template a unique name, or accept the default.
- Customise the design and content of the template to suit your needs.
