Item list report in Reckon One
Learn how to run and customise the Item list report in Reckon One, so you can see the details of items in your book.
About the Item list report
The Item list report shows a full list of the items (products and services) in your Reckon One book. You can use this to see details such as item status, type, code, and sale and purchase price. It's a useful report for auditing your items and making sure your records are up to date. It can also help with inventory management if you use the inventory feature.
Run the report
- In the Reporting menu, select Reports.
- Click on the Item list report (found in the Customers and money in category).
- Select your Reporting period (the time range you wish to see data for).
- In Items, choose All to show data for all items and Selected to choose specific items.
- (Optional) To customise the report further (including sorting, filtering, and choosing data to show), click Show more options.
- Click Refresh to update the report with your selections.
Customise your report
You can customise the information shown in your report, and sort and filter data:
- In the Reporting menu, select Reports.
- Click on the Item list report (found in the Customers and money in category).
- Click Show more options.
- Once you've made your customisations, click Refresh to update the report.
Group items in the report
You can group items in the report by type or status:
- In Group by, select one of the options:
- Type
- Status
Filter by item status
You can filter by item status:
- In Status, select:
- Active to include active items
- Inactive to include inactive items.
Filter by item type
To filter by item type:
- In Type, select an option:
- For books without inventory, Product or Service
- For books with inventory, Product (inventory), Product (non-inventory), or Service
Show or hide columns
To show or hide columns in the report:
- In Columns, select checkboxes against the columns you want to show.
Choose report orientation
- In Orientation, choose whether you wish the report to show in portrait or landscape (your selection will also apply when exporting the report).
