Tax Tables are not updated when applying QuickBooks 2008/09 SP2 (R8)

Question

Why aren't the tax tables being updated when installing QuickBooks 2008/09 SP2 (R8)?

Answer

If you are currently using QuickBooks 2008/09 (R3), the Tax Tables for this financial year do not get updated when applying QuickBooks 2008/09 (R8).

To check that QuickBooks QBi 2008/09 Tax Table Update has been installed correctly, go to the Employee Menu and select Tax Table Information. This will display the Tax Table Version. If your tax table version matches 809172, it indicates that you have the current tax tables for this financial year.

To download the Tax Table Update for this financial year, click on the link below:

  • Log in with your Customer ID and Pin Number
  • Click QuickBooks 2008/09 Tax Table Update
  • Follow the Instructions to download and install the Tax Table Update
