Cannot change Terms and Credit limits on the Reckon One App

Question

Why can’t I change Terms and Credit Limits on the Reckon One App?

Answer

Terms and Credit Limits were added to Reckon One on 10th December 2014.  This update applied only to the web-accessed version and does not apply to Reckon One Mobile App.

The Reckon One Mobile App will be upgraded later in January 2015 for this feature.

 

Terms and Credit Limits set on the web-accessed version will be visible in the Mobile App, but you will not be able to change it or add it to a customer.
